No refund. This is a digital subscription to use the Taskin app.

If you need help with billing errors, contact support with your invoice and transaction details.

No import/export restrictions or customs duties apply to this digital subscription service.

6. Delivery Policy

This is a digital subscription. Activation is immediate upon successful payment confirmation.

7. Consumer Data Privacy Policy

We collect only the data required to process payment and provide service access (for example invoice references, payment status, and contact details where provided).

Data is used for payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, support, and service operations. We implement access controls and security safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.

8. Security of Payment Card Data Transmission

Card details are entered on secure hosted payment pages of payment providers. Taskin does not store full card numbers or CVV. Payment communications are encrypted over HTTPS/TLS.

9. Record Retention Recommendation

You should retain a copy of your transaction record and these policies for future reference.

10. Purchase Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with checkout and affirmatively accepting terms on the checkout page, you agree to these policies, payment gateway terms, and any service-specific billing terms shown on invoice/payment pages.

12. Webhook-first Transaction Response Handling

Taskin primarily captures transaction updates through secure webhooks from payment gateways. Customer-facing status pages display the latest known status and may offer manual refresh for exceptional delays.
